Two PhD students from my group will present at this years 26th Annual Meeting of the European Association of Archaeologists (EAA) from August 24-30.

Clemens Schmid will speak about “Spatiotemporal interpolation based on bulk radiocarbon data: Two case studies from archaeology and archaeogenetics” in session 241 (OUT OF DATE? CURRENT ADVANCES IN RADIOCARBON DATING), scheduled for 28 August, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, CEST.

Joscha Gretzinger will talk about “The Anglo-Saxon migration and formation of the early English gene pool” in session 356 on MOBILITY AND POPULATION TRANSFORMATION IN THE MIGRATION PERIOD AND EARLY MIDDLE AGES: CHANGING SOCIETIES AND IDENTITIES, scheduled for 29 August, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, CEST.
